Griffin Gaming Partners acquires 3.24% stake in indie publisher tinyBuild

SANTA MONICA: Griffin Gaming Partners, a venture capital firm with $1.5 billion in assets under management, has taken a minority stake in independent game publisher and developer tinyBuild.

The investment firm announced today that it has acquired a 3.24% equity position in the company, which is known for building and growing original gaming intellectual property.

A Growing Indie Powerhouse

Since its founding in 2011, tinyBuild has carved out a distinctive position in the gaming industry. The company has built a portfolio of globally recognized franchises, established a network of development studios, and committed to a long-term strategy of owning and expanding its intellectual property.
