Ardurra Group Inc. (Ardurra) today announced the acquisition of W.K. Dickson & Co. Inc. (WK Dickson), a leading multidisciplinary infrastructure consulting firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Ardurra, ranked #84 on Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) Top 500 list, is known for delivering complex engineering and design services to public and private entities across the United States.
WK Dickson, ranked #378 on ENR’s list, brings nearly a century of expertise in community infrastructure solutions.
Founded in 1929, the firm specializes in airport planning, environmental and water resources engineering, civil infrastructure, and utility support services. Together, Ardurra and WK Dickson are well-positioned to build on this legacy and deliver even greater value to clients.
