DUBAI: As the official and exclusive sponsor of Informa Markets exhibitions, Al Salam Bank has launched a special campaign for all attendees of the Autumn Fair, which runs from 21 to 29 December 2023.
The campaign aims to enhance the banking experience of its clients by offering them various exclusive benefits. Visitors can visit Al Salam Bank’s booth at the Autumn Fair and open a new account and get a card instantly.
They can also enjoy attractive cash prizes by using their credit cards, Visa Signature debit cards, and prepaid cards.
The Bank will reward 10 lucky clients with 100% cashback (up to 100 BD) for their purchases. Every BD 20 spent at the exhibition will earn them an entry into the draw, and more entries will increase their chances of winning.
The Bank will also provide visitors with seamless banking solutions through its Self-Service Kiosk, ATMs, and Cash Deposit Machines, as well as a ‘pop-up’ branch at the event. Moreover, the Bank has partnered with Arab Financial Services (AFS) to offer digital platforms that minimize the use of cash, in line with its sustainability goals. The Bank will also grant priority access to its credit, debit, and prepaid cardholders who show their cards at its dedicated entrance in the Autumn Fair exhibition.
Al Salam Bank has also introduced an e-signature service through DocuSign, a leading service provider, which will allow clients to complete online banking transactions without visiting a branch.
The launch reflects the Bank’s commitment to being a digital and sustainable financial institution. The signing ceremony was held on Monday, 4 December, at the Bank’s headquarters, with the attendance of Mr. Mohammed Buhijji, Head of Retail Banking of Al Salam Bank, Ms. Semiha Hasan, Senior Account Manager – Middle East Office of DocuSign, and senior executives from both parties.
The new e-signature feature will enable clients to enjoy a faster, smoother, and more efficient customer experience. The Bank will also increase its paperless transactions, supporting its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Al Salam Bank has also launched a new campaign for all its financing schemes, including personal, property, and auto financing, as well as the Ministry of Housing’s Mazaya, Mazaya 2.0, and Tas’heel Social Housing Finance.
The campaign will offer competitive profit rates, as well as valuable prizes for new and existing clients from 24 December 2023 to 18 February 2024. Clients who apply for new financing, a top-up on their existing financing, or transfer their financing from another bank to Al Salam Bank, will have a chance to win 6 months of paid installments as per the campaign’s T&Cs.
Clients will also have the option to receive their financing and pay their first installment by June 2024 for a 6-month grace period. Clients can also take advantage of competitive profit rates, easy procedures, instant approval, flexible financing terms, and hassle-free transactions.
