Shiseido, a leading Japanese cosmetics company, has announced its plan to acquire Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, a prestigious skincare brand founded by a dermatologist and a former skin cancer researcher.
The deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024, will enhance Shiseido’s global portfolio of skin beauty brands and boost its growth and profitability in the Americas.
