Foley Products Company, LLC, a leading manufacturer of concrete pipe and precast products, announced on December 8, 2023, that it has acquired Coastal Precast of Florida, Inc., a producer of sewer pipe and precast concrete products in Fort Myers, FL.
The acquisition will enable Foley to offer a full range of storm, sanitary, retention, and specialty solutions in the Southwest Florida market, where it already operates a pipe plant.
Keith Haas, CEO of Foley, said that the addition of Coastal will expand their presence in a high growing Florida market and enhance their national network of plants.
Foley Products has 18 manufacturing locations across the United States and supplies critical products to the underground utility and water management industry.
