HARMAN Professional Solutions, the global leader in audio, lighting, and video and control technologies, has acquired FLUX SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, a France-based company that specializes in immersive, processing, and analysis solutions for various audio applications.
The acquisition will enhance HARMAN Professional’s offerings with FLUX::’s innovative technology and products, such as SPAT Revolution, Analyzer, and Processing. It will also foster future collaboration between FLUX::’s team and HARMAN Professional’s engineers to create new products that push the boundaries of audio experiences.
