Encora, a leading global next-gen digital engineering provider headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, has announced its plans to acquire Softelligence, a prominent software engineering services provider based in Romania.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to enhance Encora’s presence in Europe and enable the company to expand its services into new markets.
Softelligence, under the leadership of its founder and CEO, Adrian Blidarus, specializes in delivering comprehensive software engineering services and digital solutions primarily for the banking and insurance industries. The agreement is subject to regulatory approval, and it is anticipated to be finalized in the middle of 2023. Following the closure, Softelligence will gradually transition its branding to align with the Encora brand.
