Group 6 Metals appoints CEO Keith McKnight as Managing Director
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Group 6 Metals Limited (ASX: G6M) has appointed current CEO, Keith McKnight, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Keith has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 2022. The terms and conditions of appointment remain otherwise unchanged.
The Company also advises that following this appointment, Chairman Johann Jacobs has elected to relinquish his executive role with the Company. Johann will continue to serve as Non-Executive Chairman of Group 6 Metals.
The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude to Mr Jacobs for his substantial contributions to the Company’s development over his tenure as an executive.
