Duncan Kennedy appointed Chief Financial Officer at James Fisher and Sons

LONDON: James Fisher and Sons plc announced the appointment of Duncan Kennedy as Chief Financial Officer and as an Executive Director with effect from 4 May 2021, when he will join the Board.

As announced on 29 March 2021, Stuart Kilpatrick informed the Board of his intention to step down from the Board on 29 April 2021, following the Company’s Annual General Meeting.

Duncan joins James Fisher from BTG plc (“BTG”), previously a FTSE250 international specialist healthcare company, where he was Chief Financial Officer for two years until the company was acquired in 2019. Duncan joined BTG in 2005 and held a number of finance and commercial leadership positions from that time. Duncan is a chartered accountant with a primary degree in mathematics.
