OSLO: Veidekke ASA has received new assignments from Nordr Eiendom in the construction of the Haga Boulevard and Haga Venue residential area in Hagastaden, Stockholm.
The design and build contract has a total value of approximately SEK 382 million.
The new area will comprise a total of 243 apartments, and the first buyers are scheduled to move into their new homes in 2023 and 2024.
The new residential area developed by Nordr (formerly Veidekke Eiendom) in Hagastaden, Stockholm comprises two tenant associations. Construction of Brf Haga Boulevard started earlier in the autumn of 2020. As a result of good sales in this project, construction is now starting for the second association, Brf Haga Venue.

With previous assignments, including a previously built garage, Veidekke’s contracts for Nordr in Hagastaden amount to approx. SEK 540 million. The SEK 382 million design and build contract is included in the Q4 2020 order book.
