OSLO, NORWAY: CEO in Zaptec, Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen, has informed the Board that he wishes to step down in order to focus on other priorities.
The Board will spend the necessary time to find the next CEO for the company, and are very comfortable that CFO Kurt Østrem in the meantime will be well placed to lead and develop the company. Kurt will assume the position as Acting CEO and CFO from 2. October 2023.
