SYDNEY: Jumbo Interactive Limited has entered into six-year SaaS (Software-as -a-Service) agreement with St Helena Hospice, a leading UK charity, to provide its online lottery software platform.
Under the Agreement, St Helena will utilise a modified version of Jumbo’s lottery platform to manage its entire lottery sales of ~£5.0 million p.a.
The initial term will be six years from the ‘go-live date’ planned for July 2021 (and no later than 28 February 2022) with an option to extend for a further five years.

The St Helena SaaS Agreement is another positive step for Jumbo’s operations in the UK charity lottery market. Together with the recent acquisition of Gatherwell, Jumbo is well positioned with two leading solutions for a range of charities from small start-ups to sophisticated large-scale operations.
here are 168,168 registered charities in England and Wales with total revenue of ~₤77.404 billion as at 30 September 20181 from various sources such as grants, donations, lotteries and other fundraising activities.
Jumbo’s immediate addressable market is Society Lotteries (Large Society and Small Society) and Local Authority Lotteries with latest provisional lottery sales for the 12-month period to March 2020 of £830.59.62 million (excluding Small Society Lotteries).
