Annie Guo appointed Managing Director of Dampier Gold
SYDNEY: Dampier Gold Limited announced the promotion of Annie Guo from Executive Director to the position of Managing Director.
Ms Guois a highly experienced resource sector executive, who has been with Dampier since 2014. During that time, Annie has been a driving force behind many key transactions for the Company. Annie’s in-depth experience and knowledge of the Company, the mining sector and Australian and international capital markets represents a significant asset for the Company.
Ms Guo’s appointment is a strategic move for Dampieras the Company continues to advance its plans to successfully explore and develop its world class Kalgoorlie/Menzies goldfield assets; together with its business development and corporate growth strategies.
Commenting on the appointment, Dampier Executive Chairman Mr Malcolm Carson said: “We are very pleased that Annie has agreed to take on the role of Managing Director, at an extremely demanding and exciting point in the development of our asset portfolio.
