OSLO: Bulk Industrier AS has mandated ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Arctic Securities AS to explore the possibility to issue a new bond of up to NOK 1.1 billion.
The net proceeds from the potential bond issue will be employed to refinance Bulk Industrier AS’s currently outstanding bond (BUIN02) and for general corporate purposes.
