Aega to acquire 1.0 MWp solar plant in Sardinia 1
Aega plans to fund the acquisition with cash. An extended stock exchange notice will follow within Tuesday June 9th, 2020.

OSLO: Aega ASA has through a wholly-owned subsidiary signed a preliminary agreement to acquire a 1 MWp solar plant in Sardinia.

The parties expect to sign the final acquisition agreement before July 31st. The target, Villapiana Fotovoltaico S.r.l. has an agreed enterprise value of MEUR 1.9.

Aega plans to fund the acquisition with cash. An extended stock exchange notice will follow within Tuesday June 9th, 2020.

Aega ASA is a solar utility company that acquires and operates solar power plants. The company is currently looking for solar parks in Italy. The company focuses on acquisitions of smaller existing solar parks (below 5MWp capacity), following strict investment criteria.
