LONDON: BATM Advanced Communications Ltd. (LSE: BVC; TASE: BVC), a global provider of network infrastructure, cybersecurity and diagnostic technologies, reported interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, showing modest revenue growth and strategic execution across its core divisions.
Revenue rose to $60.4 million from $58.9 million a year earlier, while gross profit increased to $19.8 million, lifting gross margin to 32.7% from 31.7%. Adjusted operating profit fell to $2.0 million from $3.6 million, and adjusted EBITDA declined to $4.0 million from $5.7 million.

“We exited the first half of 2025 in a much stronger position than when we entered,” Nagar said. “With positive momentum continuing into the second half, we are on track to deliver year-on-year growth for the full year.”
