Workato acquires DeepConverse to enhance AI-driven customer support solutions

Workato, a leader in enterprise orchestration, announced Thursday its acquisition of DeepConverse, a platform specializing in generative AI-based support automation. The purchase aims to strengthen Workato’s capabilities in AI-driven customer service automation.

DeepConverse, founded in 2016, is known for its expertise in AI-powered search and customer support automation. By joining forces with Workato, the company seeks to empower enterprises with advanced AI-driven tools to streamline support processes and improve efficiency.

The acquisition will integrate DeepConverse’s capabilities into Workato’s product offerings, including the launch of AgentX Support™—a customer support app that leverages conversational AI and AI-powered search to enhance user experience. The app, part of Workato’s AgentX Applications suite, is available to customers starting today.
