ALKEME, a Top 40 Insurance Brokerage and a full-service insurance agency, has announced the acquisition of Ferrante Insurance Services, a retail insurance agency serving the Western United States.
The deal will enhance ALKEME’s offerings of commercial and personal insurance, employee and executive benefits, and retirement and wealth management services to its customers.

Ferrante Insurance Services, founded in 1996, is based in Concord, California, and specializes in providing commercial risk solutions to contractors throughout California. The agency offers general liability, workers’ compensation, business auto and bonds to its clients.
