Sydnic, LLC, a leading franchisee of Precision Garage Door Service™, has announced the acquisition of four Precision franchises in North Carolina and Virginia from Tim and Lynn Yeager and Scott and Shauna Kale. The deal expands Sydnic’s presence in the residential garage door services market to 14 locations.
Sydnic President Chad Aspinwall said he was thrilled to partner with the Yeagers and the Kales, whom he had known and respected for many years. Tim Yeager said Sydnic was the like-minded partner they were looking for, who valued their experience and team. Scott Kale said he was thankful for the partnership and the opportunities it created for his team.
The sellers re-invested a portion of their ownership into Sydnic and Tim Yeager will join the board of Sydnic. Sydnic is backed by SBJ Capital, a private investment firm that acquired the initial Sydnic platform in October 2023. Sydnic is seeking to acquire more Precision and other Neighborly® franchises to create a multi-brand residential services platform.
