STOCKHOLM: Asker Healthcare Group has acquired 100% of the shares in Ambercell Solutions UAB, a leading Baltic medtech solutions provider and distributor, the company announced Wednesday.
Ambercell provides therapy- and procedure-specific packs and medical consumables through its proprietary integrated supply chain management platform, along with a broad portfolio of medical products, technologies and clinical solutions across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The company focuses on conventional and image-guided operating rooms and interventional medicine.

Ambercell has 45 employees and generated revenue of approximately 250 million Swedish kronor in the past year.
The acquisition remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter. The company said the deal is expected to contribute positively to the group’s EBITA margin.
