LONDON: The Board of All Things Considered Group (AQSE: ATC), an independent music company specializing in talent management, live bookings and merchandising, announced Monday the acquisition of a 75% majority interest in Easy Life Entertainment Limited, a UK-based music management and record label firm.
The deal is valued at a net £0.75 million ($0.94 million) in cash after adjustments and enhances ATC’s artist representation and music rights portfolio. Easy Life Entertainment, founded in 2014 by music manager Jamie Osman, encompasses Real Life Management, Easy Life Records, and Turn the Page PR.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, the company reported annual revenue of approximately £0.51 million ($0.64 million) and EBITDA of £0.24 million ($0.30 million).
Key Benefits of the Acquisition:
- Expands artist roster by adding 11 new acts to ATC’s management division.
- Adds over 300 master recordings, enhancing the group’s intellectual property assets.
- Introduces new revenue streams through music promotions and royalties.
- Enables cross-selling opportunities across ATC’s live events and merchandising services.
Adam Driscoll, CEO of ATC, said the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy to build a fully integrated music business. “Jamie Osman is highly respected in the industry, and this deal brings both expertise and a steady royalty income stream,” Driscoll said. “It reinforces our ability to support artists at every stage of their careers.”
Easy Life Entertainment’s catalog provides long-term royalty revenue, while its PR and label operations offer additional growth potential. The deal follows ATC’s continued expansion in the music and entertainment sector.
