The strategic move aims to strengthen Capral’s market presence and enhance operational capabilities.
Capral’s decision to acquire Apple Aluminium aligns with its growth strategy, emphasizing targeted acquisitions and strategic investments. Despite its relatively modest annual sales of approximately $12 million, Apple Aluminium’s reputation and established market position make it an attractive addition to Capral’s portfolio.
