SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Capral today announced the acquisition of Aluminium Trade Centre (ATC), a Victorian-based aluminium sales and distribution business, subject to completion conditions.
Although relatively small with sales of around $10 million, this move strengthens Capral’s market presence and enhances its ability to deliver market-leading service to manufacturers within Victoria, ensuring their needs are met with greater efficiency and quality products.
The acquisition aligns with Capral’s dedication to delivering high-quality products and services to Australian manufacturers and reflects a strategic commitment to strengthening its national footprint of Aluminium distribution outlets.
In 2023 Capral added two additional aluminium centres to its national network, one in Queensland and one in New South Wales. The addition of the two ATC sites in Melbourne further strengthens Capral’s market position. Capral will continue toexplore additional growth opportunities across the country.
