PARIS, FRANCE: Exclusive Networks has signed a deal to acquire all shares of NEXTGEN Group, a prominent channel services firm in the APAC region.

The acquisition aligns with Exclusive Networks’ growth strategy, promising to double its market presence in Australia and New Zealand.

NEXTGEN, headquartered in Sydney since 2011, boasts a workforce of 190 and reported AU$266m in gross sales for FY-23.

The merger is set to enhance Exclusive Networks’ offerings with NEXTGEN’s expertise in cloud migration, digital marketing, and lead generation, leveraging advanced platforms and hyperscaler initiatives.

The combined entity, based on FY-23 pro-forma figures, would represent €615m in gross sales across APAC, tapping into a market estimated at $10bn. The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2024, subject to standard conditions.

Exclusive Networks, a global cybersecurity specialist, operates in over 45 countries, offering a comprehensive range of services and products to partners and customers worldwide.

NEXTGEN Group, known for its next-gen business model, provides growth opportunities for vendors and partners through its enterprise software and cloud solutions portfolio.
