AMSTERDAM: The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has given its unconditional consent for KPN to proceed with the acquisition of Youfone.
This decision comes after KPN’s initial announcement on June 22, 2023, regarding their plans to acquire Youfone. The completion of this acquisition is anticipated to occur in the early part of April.
KPN has indicated that an update regarding the financial implications of integrating Youfone will be shared during the first-quarter financial results of 2024.
Youfone is a telecommunications provider in the Netherlands, known for offering competitive deals on Sim Only, Internet, TV, and Belling services. It has been recognized as the best mobile provider by the Consumentenbond for the fourth quarter of 2023 and is praised for its high-quality calling, internet services, and customer service.
