PARIS: Bureau Veritas, a global leader in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC), has unveiled its ambitious 2028 strategy, aiming to redefine industry standards through customer-centricity and sustainability. The strategy, LEAP I 28, focuses on Portfolio, Performance, and People, with a commitment to CSR. The company targets high single-digit revenue growth, improved operating margins, double-digit shareholder returns, and strong cash conversion.

At the heart of this strategy is the active management of its portfolio, enhancing leadership positions through organic growth, M&A, and portfolio optimization. Performance will be boosted by operational leverage, functional scalability, and innovation, including machine learning and AI. People development will focus on strategic competencies for future growth, particularly in sustainability, energy transition, and digitalization.

Bureau Veritas’ vision is to be the preferred partner for clients’ excellence and sustainability, leveraging trends like sustainability, energy transition, connectivity, supply chain reconfiguration, and urbanization. The company aims to lead in prioritized businesses, invest in strategic sectors, and optimize portfolio value.

The company has also announced significant acquisitions in Asia, including ONETECH CORP. and KOSTEC Co., Ltd in Korea, and Hi Physix Laboratory India Pvt. Ltd, enhancing its Consumer Products Services in the region and supporting the global shift in supply chains and R&D markets.
