SYDNEY: HeraMED Limited (ASX:HMD), a pioneer in digital maternity care, has announced a definitive agreement with FemBridge to create a scalable maternal health solution.

This collaboration aims to enhance maternal healthcare from preconception to postpartum, focusing on mental wellbeing.

FemBridge’s holistic approach integrates Social Determinants of Health, advanced technology access, home monitoring for maternal and fetal health, virtual coaching, and mental health support. This partnership, following a December 2023 Memorandum of Understanding, marks a significant move for HeraMED’s U.S. commercialization strategy.

The agreement provisions for FemBridge to contribute ten Sales Executives and five Clinical Coaches, including specialists like Maggie Huether, Traci Quillen, and Rachel Sheehan, to bolster HeraMED’s infrastructure. The joint effort will amalgamate services like SDOH, clinical coaching, behavioral health, and doula services into a comprehensive package.

FemBridge will also support HeraMED in establishing a ‘per patient per month’ pricing model and will exclusively utilize HeraCARE as the Remote Patient Monitoring platform. This strategic alliance positions HeraMED as a comprehensive provider in the maternal health sector, promising a significant leap forward in the quality of care for mothers-to-be.
