Synerion acquires Rosslare’s global access control business

Synerion, a global leader in cloud workforce management software, has announced the acquisition of Rosslare’s global business operations, which provide advanced access control security solutions to clients worldwide.

The deal, which was finalized on February 15, 2024, will expand Synerion’s product portfolio and market presence, especially in North America, where Rosslare has over 100 distributors and a new operational base in Southlake, Texas.

Rosslare, which has annual sales in the tens of millions of dollars, offers a diverse range of controllers, smart readers, biometric terminals, accessories, and security patrol systems, supported by sophisticated and flexible software systems.

Synerion, a Malam Team company, has been a long-time partner of Rosslare products, establishing full integration between Synerion’s attendance software and Rosslare’s access control security products.
