Synerion, a global leader in cloud workforce management software, has announced the acquisition of Rosslare’s global business operations, which provide advanced access control security solutions to clients worldwide.

The deal, which was finalized on February 15, 2024, will expand Synerion’s product portfolio and market presence, especially in North America, where Rosslare has over 100 distributors and a new operational base in Southlake, Texas.

Together with Synerion’s global reach and technology expertise, we are confident we can bring a lot of value to the market.”
