Lexitas acquires Medical Legal Reproductions to expand record retrieval services

Lexitas, a leading provider of technology-enabled litigation services and a portfolio company of funds advised by Apax, has announced its acquisition of Medical Legal Reproductions, Inc. (MLR), a record retrieval company based in Philadelphia, PA.

The acquisition will allow Lexitas to enhance its record retrieval capabilities and serve a broader range of customers in the legal and insurance sectors. MLR has been providing record retrieval services for over thirty years, with a focus on quality and customer service.
