The acquisition is the result of years of discussions and planning between the two companies, and aims to enhance their service offerings, expand their market reach, and leverage their synergies.
ATEC, founded in 1989, has a team of highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in global inventory management, procurement, and distribution. ATEC’s clients include some of the world’s largest food and beverage companies, such as Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and PepsiCo.
