SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Frugl Group Limited (ASX: FGL), a data analytics company, has announced the appointment of its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr Ken Tovich, effective from 12 February 2024. Mr Tovich has over 30 years of experience in various industries, including agriculture, finance, and banking.
He was previously the Head of International Sales at FloraMax, an agricultural technology company that achieved a multi-million dollar revenue stream under his leadership.
The Company has also appointed its Company Secretary and Financial Controller, Mr Steve Samuel, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective immediately.
Managing Director, Mr Kenny Woo, said that the Board of Frugl was confident that Mr Tovich would lead the Company through its next phase of growth with his strategic vision and leadership skills. Mr Tovich said that he was honored to join Frugl and to lead an exceptional team into a new phase of growth and innovation in the field of data analytics.
