PTC and Columbia Business School Launch Leadership Program for Executives

The Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC), a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing digital infrastructure, telecommunications and ICT, has teamed up with Columbia Business School Executive Education (CBSEE) to create the Top Talent Leadership Development Program.

This program, which will start at PTC’25, is designed to equip executives with the skills and insights they need to thrive in the changing business landscape.

The program will last for three days and will only accept 30 executive participants. This will ensure a personalized and interactive learning experience, where executives can exchange ideas, share experiences and network with peers who are committed to driving organizational success and innovation.

The program will cover topics such as high-performing teams, strategic negotiation, change leadership, breakthrough strategies, network building and leverage, and workforce management.

The program will also draw on the expertise of Columbia Business School’s faculty, industry practitioners, and coaches, who will apply cutting-edge research to real-world scenarios.

Executives who are interested in joining this exclusive program can register in Q2 2024.
