Imagion Biosystems CEO Isaac Bright resigns

MELBOURNE: Imagion Biosystems (ASX:IBX), a company dedicated to improving healthcare through the early detection of cancer, notified tha the CEO Isaac Bright, MD has resigned to pursue other opportunities effective January 15th, 2024.
Chairman Bob Proulx will resume operating responsibilities as interim Executive Chair. Mr. Proulx will resume Executive Chair responsibilities with no additional remuneration other than directors fees until further notice.
Established in 2017 and headquartered in the San Diego, California, US, Imagion Biosystems is an ASX-listed company dedicated to developing innovative medical imaging technologies for various cancer types.
