SYDNEY: Brazilian Critical Minerals Limited (ASX: BCM) informed that Mr. Andre Douchane has retired from his position as CEO of BCM. Andre has been at the helm of BBX and now BCM since October 2019.
Chairman Ken Kluksdahl noted, “we wish to thank Andre for his significant contributions towards advancing both the PGM and REE portfolio of Brazilian Critical Minerals. While the Board has already started the process to attract quality candidates, Andre has generously offered to facilitate as seamless a handover as possible for the in-coming CEO.
