SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: AJ Lucas Group announced the appointment of Greg Runge as CEO of Australian Operations effective from January 1, 2024.
This appointment follows a thorough search and evaluation process of internal and external candidates, in consultation with an external executive search firm.
Mr Runge will be responsible for and report to the Board on all matters related to the Groups’ Australian Operations. He bas been working for the Group for over 17 years, and more recently headed up the Groups’ Directional Drilling operations.
Prior to joining AJ Lucas, he had a long career in the Oil and Gas industry.
Mr Egan will remain responsible for UK activities and will now report directly to the Board on these matters.
The Board would like to thank Mr Swierkowski who has acted as Interim CEO since 1 September 2023 while the search and evaluation process for a permanent CEO concluded.
