LONDON, UK: Aptitude Software Group announced that following the conclusion of a formal selection process by the Group’s Nomination Committee, Alex Curran has been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Group with immediate effect.
Alex Curran had assumed the role of acting Chief Executive Officer and was appointed to the Board in July 2023.
Commenting on the appointment, Ivan Martin said: “I am delighted to confirm Alex’s appointment as Chief Executive Officer for the Group. Since being appointed to the acting role in July, Alex has demonstrated decisive leadership in delivering change within the organisation and has commanded the support of investors, clients and employees.
“Alex has driven a client and partner focus across all areas of the business and has further developed the organisation’s readiness to take advantage of the opportunity in Fynapse, the Group’s next generation finance platform.
“The Board and I look forward to working with Alex to deliver long term and sustainable growth for the Group.”
