Abri Group Limited & Octavia Housing enter partnership talks

LONDON: Abri Group Limited (Abri) and Octavia Housing (Octavia) have agreed to enter into discussions with a view to forming a legal partnership.

The legal structure in which the two groups will be brought together remains to be determined and further information will be provided in due course.

The partnership will be subject to the registration by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Abri is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 8537 and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L4172.

Octavia is registered as a charitable community benefit society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 with registered number 13991R and as a registered provider with the Social Housing Regulator with registered number L0717.
