PARIS, FRANCE: Quadient, a global leader in digital and physical customer connections, has announced a new partnership with Motor Fuel Group (MFG), one of the UK’s leading independent forecourt operators.
MFG will host a number of Parcel Pending by Quadient Open Network Lockers at its sites, providing 24/7 delivery and pickup for carriers and consumers across the UK.
The partnership is part of Quadient’s strategy to expand its open locker network in the UK, which offers cost, convenience and flexibility benefits for the entire e-commerce supply chain. Major carriers such as DPD UK, Evri, and DHL have already joined the network, which is growing its presence in high-traffic areas.
MFG’s Trading Director, Anna Roddis, said that the smart lockers enhance their service offering and drive more customers to their forecourts. “By implementing a secure and convenient parcel delivery and pickup service, we want to provide customers with a seamless and hassle-free experience,” she said.
Quadient’s EVP Parcel Locker Solutions Europe, Katia Bourgeais-Crémel, said that the collaboration with MFG is the next step forward in the expansion of their open parcel locker network in the UK. “We are simplifying logistics, reducing environmental impact and enhancing the overall customer experience, contributing to a sustainable future for online sales and parcel deliveries,” she said.
