Corti, a Copenhagen-based startup that develops an AI co-pilot for healthcare interactions, announced today that it has raised $60 million in a Series B funding round.
The round was co-led by Prosus Ventures and Atomico, two leading venture capital firms that invest in disruptive technology companies. Existing investors Eurazeo, EIFO, and Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker also participated in the round.
Corti’s AI system leverages both text and audio data to provide real-time guidance during patient interactions and emergency calls. It also assists in documentation, coding, triage, and quality assurance. Corti’s AI system aims to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery and public safety services, by helping professionals comprehend patient needs and streamline their workflows. Corti currently interacts with approximately 100 million patients annually and augments the work of professionals over 150,000 times a day.
The new funds will enable Corti to expand its AI capabilities in both healthcare and public safety sectors, as well as to grow its team and client base globally. Corti has already established collaborations with major healthcare providers, public safety agencies, and health insurers in Europe and the United States.
