SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: VHM Limited, a rare earth and mineral sands company, has announced a leadership change as part of its strategic refresh. Mr Ian Smith will become the new Chairman and Mr Ron Douglas will take over as Executive Director and interim CEO.
The outgoing Chairman, Mr Don Runge, and the Managing Director, Mr Graham Howard, have expressed their gratitude and support for the new appointees.
VHM is well funded and focused on developing its flagship Goschen Project and other nearby high-grade orebodies in Victoria. The Company is also progressing with the Environmental Effects Statement for its project.
