LONDON, UK: Atrato Onsite Energy plc (LSE: ROOF), a clean energy investment company, has agreed to buy a £77.3m portfolio of rooftop solar assets in the UK.

The portfolio consists of 34MW of solar PV systems on residential rooftops, which receive payments from the government’s feed-in-tariff scheme.

The portfolio is expected to generate 30GWh of clean energy annually, saving 5,800 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year. The deal is expected to be completed in six weeks and will boost the Company’s portfolio of solar assets with long-term, inflation-linked, government-backed cash flows.
