Kale Logistics Solutions secures $30 million in a Series B round

A vertical SaaS platform that helps with logistics needs, Kale Logistics Solutions, has secured $30 million in a Series B round.

The round was spearheaded by Creaegis Advisors, a Bangalore-based investor in private equity and venture capital. Creaegis Advisors was established in 2018.

Kale Logistics Solutions plans to use the funds to grow its presence in the US and Europe, recruit more talent, and enhance its research and development.

Kale Logistics Solutions is a cloud-based solutions provider that specializes in the logistics and airport industry. The company was founded in 2009 by Rajesh Panicker, Amar More, and Vineet Malhotra. The company offers cloud-based software tools that digitize the logistics and shipping cargo processes. The company’s Cargo Community Platform allows stakeholders such as freight forwarders, ground handling agents, and customs brokers to exchange standardized data electronically, eliminating the need for manual processes and paperwork. The company has clients in 36 countries and operates at over 100 airports and ports worldwide. Kale Logistics has offices in the UAE, Kenya, the Netherlands, and the U.S., besides India.
