The combination allows Freelance.com to consolidate a fragmented wage portage market, to become the leading player in management and services to freelancers and to manage a panel of brands that target different types of consultants.
OpenWork has a range of services complementary to that of Freelance.com which provides excellent coverage of supported employees, in France and internationally.
Its Belgian subsidiary opened six years ago will complete the international coverage of Freelance.com, particularly in Switzerland (Helvetic Payroll) and Morocco.
