Majorel Infinity is part of Majorel’s Tech & Expert Services, which offer a range of CX solutions for clients and their customers around the world.
Majorel Infinity is specifically designed to cater to the digital consumer engagement demands of clients in Asia-Pacific, a region with a complex and dynamic digital landscape. Majorel Infinity provides consumer data and insights, technology, and digital marketing strategy and services, leveraging Majorel’s proprietary MarTech solutions.
Majorel Infinity has a team of over 600 specialists who handle over 100 million consumer interactions and execute over 1,000 marketing and CRM campaigns each year. Majorel Infinity serves over 70 top-tier brands in the consumer goods, retail, and automotive industries, helping them to enhance their customer acquisition, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Majorel launched its Digital Operator 1440 strategy in 2021 and has been building a full suite of digital applications and services across its six markets, providing locally relevant digital experiences, supporting digital inclusion and local talent development in the digital space.
