PARIS, FRANCE: Virginie Leroy has been appointed as the President of VINCI Immobilier, effective from 1 August 2023. The decision comes as VINCI Immobilier, a prominent real estate development company, looks to navigate new opportunities and challenges in the ever-evolving market.

With an impressive educational background, Leroy’s journey to the top of VINCI Immobilier has been marked by dedication and expertise. She holds degrees from both École Polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, establishing a strong foundation in engineering and construction.

Leroy joined VINCI Immobilier in 2010, initially assuming the role of Head of Business Property Projects. Her remarkable performance and commitment led to rapid promotions within the company. In 2015, she took charge of the Urban Development and Major Projects department, showcasing her strategic vision and ability to oversee complex initiatives.

Recognizing her valuable contributions, Leroy was then promoted to the position of Deputy Managing Director, Business Property and Development. Her keen insights into the industry and focus on growth propelled her further, leading to her appointment as Managing Director, Residential Real Estate and Regions in March 2022.

As the new President of VINCI Immobilier, Leroy succeeds Olivier de la Roussière, who held the position since the company’s inception in 2005, resulting from the merger between Sorif and Elige.
