Quadient launches advanced cash application module for intelligent communication automation SaaS platform

PARIS, FRANCE: Quadient (Euronext Paris: QDT), a company that helps businesses establish significant customer connections through physical and digital channels, has made an announcement on the worldwide launch of a new Advanced Cash Application module for their Intelligent Communication Automation SaaS platform.

This move aims to provide mid-market and enterprise customers with a complete end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) automation solution. The invoice-to-cash process’s cash application aspect is crucial, and the recent shift towards digital payments has added complexity for businesses of all sizes.

Quadient’s new Advanced Cash Application module incorporates artificial intelligence and machine learning to enable financial teams to improve efficiency, increase accuracy, and reduce time spent on manual cash application activities through automation.

Quadient’s Accounts Receivable by YayPay offers enriched capabilities ranging from credit and collections management, dispute management, business intelligence and analytics, invoicing, multichannel electronic and print delivery, payments, and cash application.

The new module eliminates manual tasks for financial teams, allowing them to automatically apply incoming payments to customers and invoices, re-key payments received from the bank, and provide a suggested customer when a payment has been received, but the customer has not been identified.

The machine learning engine analyzes data such as the type of payment, the amount, and any remittance data to assist in this process. Quadient has continuously invested in adapting these solutions to new markets since the acquisition of fintechs YayPay and Beanworks in 2020 and 2021 and has added enriched features to continue enabling financial teams worldwide.
