Enterprise software-as-a-service leader, ZeroFox, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, Inc. for approximately $26 million.
As cyber threats become increasingly sophisticated, the acquisition of LookingGlass will enable ZeroFox to integrate industry-leading attack surface and threat intelligence capabilities into its external cybersecurity platform, providing world-class visibility into external attack surface assets and vulnerabilities to protect against cybercriminals and nation-state actors.
LookingGlass empowers public sector organizations, large enterprises and industry security alliances with extensive discovery, intelligence and cyber defence capabilities. The acquisition is expected to close within the next 30 days.
