IMMO Blockchain acquires DIMOBA, pioneer of interactive live streaming

PARIS, FRANCE: IMMO Blockchain, a group combining dynamic management of proprietary land assets, event solutions and developing a new land investment platform based on Blockchain technology announced the acquisition of 100% of the capital and voting rights of the company DIMOBA, a pioneer in interactive live streaming.

Founded 5 years ago, the company produces innovative operations that enable new experiences in the real world and the metaverse!

DIMOBA has developed solid know-how in the design and distribution of digital, hybrid or 100% virtual events, maximizing interactivity to arouse the interest of remote audiences. DIMOBA operates from any location, real or virtual, or from its own 240m² studios based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92), and has produced more than 200 events over the past 12 months.

With this acquisition, IMMO BLOCKCHAIN ​​meets the expectations of companies – both in their BtoB and BtoC communication – and the many requests for live event animation, in the real world and the virtual world.
