PARIS, FRANCE: Synsion BidCo, a company controlled by DBAY Advisors, has increased its stake in SQLI by acquiring a block held by the Nobel fund representing 5.6% of SQLI’s capital. DBAY Advisors, which already held 66.8% of the capital of SQLI, will hold 72.4% of the capital following this acquisition.
This acquisition is made through an off-market transaction at a price of 38.50 euros per share. The outcome of the operation will take place on June 16, 2022.
